Do each of the following for 1 minute
Barbell Row
DB Chest Flys
Jump Rope
Kettle Bell Swings
Ball Slams
Box Jumps
1 minute rest
3 rounds

15 x EZ Bar Roman Chair Crunches (rest EZ Bar on shoulders. We added 10lbs / side)
10 x Roman Chair Crunch (hands behind head)
3 rounds
15 x KTE (hanging knees to elbows)
3 rounds
