Warm up:
Christian and I went for a 2 Mile Run
Workout:
6 Minute Circuit.
Perform 1 minute of each of the following:
Med Ball Slams
Zottman Curls
Push Ups
Kettle
Skull Crushers
Barbell Row
3-4 Minute Rest
2 Rounds
Then:
7 Minute Circuit
Perform 1 Minute of each of the following:
DaviAnn Split Leg Jackknife Abs
AirDyne, arms only
Plank Hold
Standing resistance band curls
Roman Chair Oblique Crunch
Dion Abs with legs strait out, 5 second holds
Dips (for second round do standing overhead DB Press)
3-4 Minute Rest
2 Rounds
