The weight room was closed so we had to improvise and do a workout in the cage.
*We did the whole circuit barefoot.
50 x High Knees on the HJ pit
12 x Push up
1 full length of walking lunges (about 50m, or 55 strides)
10 x HJ Pit Snatch
10 x Pull Ups
5 Continuous Rounds for time
Time: 32:22 (we didn't really push it to make a good time, but there was basically no rest the whole workout)
