Morning Workout:
4x (20 sec on, 10 sec off) rowing machine (2 mins) +
2 minutes of 5x med ball slams + 5x atomic situp
rest 4 minutes
repeat
Then:
4x (20 sec on, 10 sec off) back squat @ 65# + resistance bands (2 mins) +
2 minutes of 5x pushups + 5x pullups
rest 4 minutes
repeat
