10-1 EZ Bar Curl + 40lbs (I do 10, Javy does 10, I do 9, Javy does 9, all the way to one, 55 reps)
Continuous
10-1 Close Grip Tricep Pushup, on 12lb dumbells.
10-1 Sprinter Abs (10 each leg)
