Then:
1 min x Med Ball Press toss (Against wall)
1 min rest
1 min x Med Ball Overhand Toss (Against wall)
1 min rest
1 min x Med Ball Underhand Toss (Against wall)
1 min rest
1 min x Med Ball Backward Overhand Toss (Against wall)
1 min rest
3 continuous rounds

*We did these in the racquet ball courts.
