Unfortunately this workout was cut very short cause we couldnt get into the weight room until 830 and needed to be at work.

Big Loop, Slow Pace

15 x Back Extensions + 45#
3 x Bench Press
10 x Face Pulls
4 Rounds

Burnout: Bench Press @ 135#
