Workout:
10 x DB Bench Press
20 x Leg Lifts + Press Feet to Sky
10 x L-Pull Ups
3 Rounds

Then:
20 x Split Jump Squat w/ 16# med ball, pushing med ball to sky each rep. (10 each leg)
15 x Dead Bugs
20 x 1 Arm Kettle Bell Swings (10 each arm)

Then:
3 Continuous Rounds of:
25 x Push Up
20 x Box Jumps @ 30”
50 x Sprinter Abs (25 each side)
