12 x Dead Bugs (Lady Bugs for Christian)
4 sets, no rest

Then:
10 x Dead lift (135lbs)
5 x Toyota with Pull up
30 x V-up
30 sec rest
4 sets

Then:
10 x Push Press (95lbs)
12 x Back Extension
10 x Lat Pull down
2 min rest
3 sets

ABS

25x Band-Roman chair crunch
20x GHD Press (10 each arm, 20lb DB)
3 sets
